WHAT IS MENSTRUAL WELLNESS COUNSELLING?menstrual wellness counselling is a holistic health service that works with the individual as a whole person with the menstrual cycle [whether you currently experience one or not] leading the way. together we tune in to the body and start to decipher what it is trying to communicate to us and how we can start to meet those needs in order to shift into more ease. unlike other wellness practices, there is no bloodwork or external information required. just you. together we focus on your symptoms and start to get an understanding of what your emotional, physical and spiritual bodies are carrying.

WHAT WOULD WORKING TOGETHER LOOK LIKE?a little bit of everything! first, we focus on laying the foundation for wellness and feel into what areas could use a bit more love. then, we start to take a closer look at symptoms that persist. in session - this hour is for a container for you to express what's coming up for you in relation to your cycle, and receive support. between sessions - after each cyclical wellness appointment you will receive a personalized wellness plan with seasonal wisdom, functional nutrition, self/community care practices, and so much more! have specific question? book a free consultation!

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?i work with clients in three months periods as it takes three menstrual cycles to notice a shift. this could look like meeting once a month, twice a month or weekly depending on your unique needs.

WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM MENSTRUAL WELLNESS COUNSELLING?anyone who is curious to know more about this under-appreciated and under-studied vital sign would benefit from menstrual wellness sessions. i can help with both the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany the cycle, however, menstrual discomfort is not a requirement for this work. everyone who is curious enough to be here would benefit from learning more about their unique cycle. whether you are a cycle syncing expert or coming in with a beginner's mind, there is room for you here.
