MOCHA COLLAGEN ENERGY BALLS

recipe:

  • ½ cup coconut flour

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 2 scoops collagen (optional, for extra protein + gut support)

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp melted cacao butter (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for a deep, rich chocolate flavor)

  • ¼ cup decaf coffee

  • 1 tsp instant decaf

  • handful of chocolate chips

  • dash of cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

  • dried rose petals


chocolate drizzle

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


mix everything together, roll into balls, drizzle with melted chocolate + coconut oil, sprinkle with rose petals & chill. enjoy as a cozy, grounding snack for winter & the menstrual phase. ♡
